Came in today for the first time. Had a combo banh mi and a beer, total came to $10.46. Can't beat that. Sandwich was solid--nice crusty warm bread, fresh cucumber, and good meat.
I will try the pho next time. Everyone else in the restaurant was eating it. The staff was very nice and welcoming.
Looking forward to my next visit to try the pho!

Not sure how to rate this place. The pho is actually decent but the people working here are very rude and unprofessional.

Once I asked for chicken cut in a dish I ordered and they told me they couldn't do that. Really? You can't cut up a chicken? You don't own a knife? Or are you guys just super lazy and unprofessional?

They don't act friendly towards you when you walk in, and when they hand you your to-go order they don't even say thank - they just hand you the bag and immediately turn around. Rude.

An Nam Pho needs to hire employees with a work ethic and actual people skills.

    Ugh such terrible service...

Just don't come here. This was our first stop while visiting Seattle and we were so disappointed. We came in during an odd time so there was no one here. Firstly, the table was sticky which means they probably didn't clean it right.

We ordered a couple different things, one of which was the Banh Mi. We asked if they could cut it and he gave us the dirtiest look. He could have just told us that he couldn't.... I don't know what the point of the dramatics were.

The food was fine, nothing special but the egg noodles were actually really good. That's the only thing I would recommend out of my experience here. Also, their 10% check in is fake. It says that they'll give you 10% off if you check in on yelp but they don't honor that.

If you wanna eat here, just get takeout. Don't put yourself through their service

I want to point out that I am literally sitting in this restaurant as I type this review because of how frustrated I am. The food itself deserves 3 stars but the service is just garbage. Order to go and you'll probably end up almost liking this place.

The tables are not wiped down and if you ask the staff for anything other than your order, they'll shake their head and roll their eyes at you. I asked for a sandwich to be cut since it was being shared and it was given to our table along with a butter knife. Am I supposed to make my own sandwich too?

The fried rice was pretty bland but I'm glad they have different sauces on the side. Sriracha for the win! The egg noodles were actually really flavorful and is the only thing worth recommending after my experience.

I wouldn't recommend. I've been here twice and the broth is super oily and has no flavor. Two stars because the staff is pleasant.
